As a business analyst for this innovative FinTech mobile app, I had the privilege of helping with the design and development. Carbon revolutionizes how customers manage their finances. The app focuses on three core functionalities: bill payments, fund transfers, and loan issuance. Here’s an overview of the project:
Reliance Care: Telemedicine App
The primary objective of this project was to develop an intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile application that allows customers to easily compare, select, and manage their health insurance plans. We aimed to provide a seamless digital experience that empowers users to make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage.

With the Reliance Health app, plan members enjoy immediate access to doctors, with virtual appointments. And prescriptions for delivery at home or work, meaning less interruption to their busy lives. The app gives members access to eligible providers and live chat with our service team.
SoftSUITE: ERP SaaS App
SoftSuite, designed to track performance and activities to support critical organizational processes, helps businesses maximize human capital resources to deliver on their goals and objectives. SoftSuite is a modular Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business management software, comprising integrated applications to collect, store, manage, and interpret data from many business activities from Human Resources, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Employee Performance Management, and Recruitment.
